All Princess Gem moissanite gemstones in our Engagement & Ready to Ship Series will be covered under our Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy. All of our jewellery is manufactured using only the highest quality materials and will be thoroughly inspected before handing over to you. All orders will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. You can also request for a photo or video of the jewellery to have an assurance that it is free from defects prior to delivery. 

All warranty will be automatically registered at the time of purchase. For any warranty issues, please write in to us and provide your name & email that is used for the purchase. All rings have a unique serial number inscribed on the gemstone which will be use to verify your warranty. 

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defect and do not cover regular wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in gemstones are unique and individual to each item. Such characteristics are considered as an aspect of the jewellery, not a defect. 

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work as regular wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or misplaced due to regular wear or other damage.
  4. Lost gemstone or a gemstone may have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by regular wear or other damage.

Customers will only need to bear the cost of postage to us. We will take care of the return postage.

Once we receive your jewellery, we will do a damage assessment. If we determine that the product is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or if deemed appropriate, replace an item. However, if we determine that it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but due to wear and tear, we will repair it at a chargeable service fee depending on the damage.


 To maintain and preserve the lustre of your gold jewellery, you are recommended to clean your rings weekly with a mixture of dish soap and warm water.

You may also choose to send in your jewellery for us to do a professional cleaning. We are delighted to offer complimentary cleaning and polishing services for our Engagement & Ready to Ship Series. Simply drop us an email to and we will arrange to have it clean for you. The process will take around 1 week. 

Customers will need to bear the cost of to & fro courier or opt for free pickup/drop off at our Citylink outlet.
