Have you encountered some issue with the item? Fret not, allow our professional team to assist you with your query.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Intimate apparel(swimwear/lingerie) are not eligible for return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refund will only strictly be approved if item is found to be defective*.

*Definition of defective - manufacturing defect.

Refund will only be done in the form of Store Credit in your Store Wallet on

The Featured Store would only be able to approve the refund or exchange if it has been informed within 48 hours upon receiving the item. The Featured Store reserve the right determine the eligibility of the return.

Customer will only be eligible for a maximum of one-time exchange.

Step 1: Send an email to to tell us about the defective purchase with photo evidence.

Step 2: The Featured Store would determine and advise on your eligibility fairly according to guideline.

Step 3: Should you are eligible for a return, you would be able to either return it to '1 Raffles Link, One Raffles Link, B1-24B, Singapore 039393' or mail it directly to the merchant's address.

Step 4: You would be able to choose either to self collect the new piece at Citylink Mall outlet or wait for your new piece to arrive at your doorstep via mail
