Lemon oil, like most citrus oils, is rich in benefits and is used in various topical applications, for internal consumption and for its antimicrobial and antiseptic properties.

Lemon oil has anti-inflammatory properties that helps fight respiratory conditions and supports a healthy immune system. It helps soothe a sore throat or symptoms of coughs, colds & flu.

It is also very effective to help ease nausea - just inhale the aroma from the bottle or apply a few drops to a handkerchief/tissue.

Diluted lemon oil can be used topically treating zits and acne. Add a few drops to your facewash, face pack or skin cream to help brighten, tone and smoothen skin tissue. It also helps to brighten up dull, tired and oily skin.

Lemon oil is a powerful cleaning agent, making it an excellent addition to household cleaning products. Add a few drops to your laundry detergent, or make your own household/glass cleaning spray to rid your house of dirt and bacteria.

Ollie’s lemon essential oil is food-grade. Add a drop in a pot of tea to help aid digestion or begin your day with a drop of oil in warm water to improve your immunity. Or just use it to flavour your food as and where you require lemons!

3 drops of lemon oil
2 drops of himalayan lavender oil
1 drop of mysore sandalwood oil
